IBWN Members Participated in International Training in Cyprus
From 12–15 May, three members of the International Business Women Network (IBWN) – Renata Janušytė, Irina Beleškienė, and Asta Danielė – participated in an international training course in Nicosia, Cyprus. The training was organised and hosted by the Cypriot organisation The Serendipitous Black Cloud Ltd. The activity was implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA122-ADU project “Women in the Age of Innovation: Creativity, Artificial Intelligence and International Development” (Project No. 2025-1-LT01-KA122-ADU-000342007).
The four-day programme combined creativity development, the practical application of artificial intelligence tools, and the strengthening of international cooperation competences. Participants explored creativity as a skill that can be developed through everyday practice, enabling them to identify new opportunities, approach challenges from different perspectives, generate innovative ideas, and transform them into practical projects.
A significant part of the training focused on the opportunities and limitations of artificial intelligence. Through practical workshops, the IBWN members learned how to formulate effective prompts and use AI for content creation, information analysis, idea generation, and everyday professional tasks. The programme also addressed key issues related to AI ethics, information reliability, bias, and gender stereotypes in artificial intelligence systems.
The training also introduced European Union funding opportunities for women-led initiatives under the Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, and Creative Europe programmes. Participants expanded their knowledge of building international partnerships and consortia, developing project ideas, and combining creativity, technology, and international cooperation to achieve meaningful results. During the final stage of the training, they developed and presented their own project concepts and received valuable feedback from fellow participants.
We are pleased that Erasmus+ mobility activities provide IBWN members with valuable opportunities to strengthen their digital and entrepreneurial competences, increase their confidence in using modern technologies, expand their international networks, and apply the knowledge gained in their professional activities as well as within the wider IBWN community.
The project is co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme.
