IBWN Members Participated in International Training in France

Members of the International Business Women Network (IBWN) participated in international training activities in France as part of the Erasmus+ KA122-ADU project “Women in the Age of Innovation: Creativity, Artificial Intelligence and International Growth” (Project No. 2025-1-LT01-KA122-ADU-000342007).

The project is funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ Programme, which promotes adult education, international cooperation, and the development of professional competencies across Europe.

The training took place from 5 to 8 February 2026 and was organised by ALFMED Language & Mobility Experts. The programme was led by the organisation’s President, Florence Delseny Sobra, who has extensive experience in international mobility projects and adult education.

The training programme focused on strengthening the competencies of women entrepreneurs in the context of innovation and digital transformation. Participants expanded their knowledge of the application of artificial intelligence in business, e-commerce and digital marketing solutions, sustainable economy principles, and circular economy models. Particular attention was also given to international networking, providing participants with insights into the French entrepreneurial ecosystem, cultural aspects of leadership, meetings with local women entrepreneurs, and the exchange of best practices.

This experience provided IBWN with new methodological tools, innovative training approaches, and strengthened international partnerships. The knowledge and experience gained will be integrated into IBWN’s training programmes, mentoring initiatives, and public events, ensuring the long-term impact of the project across the entire community.

For the participants, the mobility experience represented an important step in their professional development. They enhanced their digital competencies, deepened their understanding of sustainable business practices, established valuable international connections, and gained greater confidence in expanding their businesses both in Lithuania and across European markets.

Erasmus+ projects like this create tangible added value by promoting innovative, responsible, and internationally oriented women’s entrepreneurship while strengthening the competitiveness of communities across Europe.
