IBWN Members Enhanced Their Knowledge During International Training in Vienna

From 11–14 March, three members of the International Business Women Network (IBWN) – Živilė Ramoskienė, Jurgita Gelgotienė, and Raminta Šuminskienė – participated in a training course in Vienna as part of the Erasmus+ KA122-ADU project “Women in the Age of Innovation: Creativity, Artificial Intelligence and International Growth” (Project No. 2025-1-LT01-KA122-ADU-000342007).

The training was organised by the Central European Training Institute. Throughout the programme, participants enhanced their knowledge of identifying target customers and understanding their needs, developing compelling value propositions, refining business models, and applying artificial intelligence to analyse customer behaviour, market signals, and business data.

Particular emphasis was placed on the practical application of AI for creating customer-focused solutions, improving communication, supporting data-driven decision-making, optimising business processes, and planning sustainable business growth. The programme also covered topics related to business financing, international expansion, cross-border cooperation, and professional networking.

We are delighted that the Erasmus+ programme provides IBWN members with opportunities to develop professionally, strengthen competencies that are essential for today’s business environment, establish new international partnerships, and apply newly acquired knowledge within their own businesses and across the entire IBWN community.

This project is funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ Programme, which supports adult education, international cooperation, and the development of professional competencies across Europe.
